We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to join our team at Speedy Cars. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Making high-volume outbound calls to new prospects or existing database contacts to convert interest into booked test drives or direct sales.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Effectively explaining vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and current promotional offers to potential buyers.
Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling test drives and showroom visits for sales consultants.
CRM & Records Management: Using CRM software (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce) to meticulously track customer interactions, update contact details, and follow up on leads.
Overcoming Objections: Utilizing persuasion techniques to address customer concerns about price, financing, or vehicle features.
Customer Service & Support: Answering incoming queries from prospects, handling complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.
Targets & Reporting: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and sales closed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive tone.
Sales Acumen: Strong closing skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with computers and CRM software.
Experience: Previous experience (6+ months) in telesales or telecalling is typically required, ideally in the automobile or retail sector.Job Requirements:
