Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for handling customer

inquiries, building strong relationships with potential pet parents, and converting

leads into successful sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 Communicating with customers via calls, chats, and follow-ups to understand

their requirements

 Explaining our pet sourcing process, pricing, and services clearly and

confidently

 Actively working towards sales conversion while maintaining a customer-first

approach

 Ensuring maximum customer interaction by completing assigned talk time

 Creating and maintaining structured follow-ups for all interested customers

 Keeping accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales

status

 Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Important:

We understand that sales conversions take time. If you are unable to generate sales

initially, it is completely fine. What matters is:

 Consistent communication with customers

 Proper follow-ups and engagement

 Completing assigned talk time sincerely

When these basics are done correctly, sales start generating naturally. Our team will

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or both

 High level of confidence while interacting with customers

 Genuine interest in sales and customer handling

 Love for pets is mandatory; being a pet parent is an added advantage

 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback

 Basic understanding of CRM or willingness to learn (training will be provided)
