Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international travel sales (flights, hotels, vacation packages, etc.).

• Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight and holiday options.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

• Stay updated with airline rules, travel policies, and industry trends.

• Work with global clients primarily from the US, UK, and other international markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales / International BPO (Travel Process preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Ability to work in night shifts (US/UK process).

• Good convincing skills and sales-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience may apply.
