HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling multiple positions across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and database

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients

• Follow up with candidates till offer rollout and joining

• Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques

• Hands-on experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously

• Good stakeholder management skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
