Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining our software services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Maintain a database of calls and client interactions in CRM.

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into meetings or sales.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.

• Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
