1. Business Development

   • Identify and develop new customers in target industries (pharma, agro, textiles, plastics, coatings, oil & gas, construction, etc.).

   • Generate leads, conduct market research, and map potential customers.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

   • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

   • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing/contracts, and finalize deals.

3. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

   • Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure smooth communication.

4. Technical Understanding

   • Understand product applications, chemistry basics, and customer requirements.

   • Provide technical inputs, suggest alternatives, and coordinate trials/sampling.

5. Market Intelligence

   • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product developments.

   • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer needs.

6. Operational Coordination

   • Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for timely deliveries.

   • Ensure payment collections and resolve disputes (if any).
