We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our business network across education, government, corporate, and dealer segments.
The role involves developing new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our AV, IT, and OEM product range including Interactive Flat Panels, Displays, CCTV, and Smart Classroom Solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Meet clients, institutions, and corporate offices for product demos and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM partners.
Manage OEM coordination, quotations, pricing, and tie-ups.
Generate leads through field visits, online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.), and references.
Prepare and present business proposals and project bids.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with technical, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Monitor market trends and suggest strategies to improve business performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2–5 years of experience in B2B / Institutional / OEM Sales.
Knowledge of AV, IT, or Smart Classroom solutions preferred.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead platforms.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
