Qualification: BE – Mechanical / Civil (preferred with knowledge in structural building concepts)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our prefabricated solutions, including modular cabins, site offices, and related products. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in Mechanical or Civil engineering, with a strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and generate new business opportunities in prefabrication and modular building segments.

• Conduct field visits, site surveys, and client meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable prefabricated solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.

• Provide technical presentations and explain product features, advantages, and benefits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Coordinate with the design and operations team for project quotations and execution.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Requirements:

• BE – Mechanical / Civil (structural knowledge is an added advantage).

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, prefabrication, or related industries).

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong field orientation and ability to handle client site visits.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
