Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services clearly.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Schedule an appointments for the Clients and give a counselling to them.

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper call records.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our services.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).

• Basic knowledge of computers skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
