We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage and motivate a team of real estate sales executives/agents.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential buyers.
Manage end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Organize site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and feedback.
Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
