The Loan Sales Associate is responsible for originating and selling various loan products, including personal loan, OD and BT. This role involves building relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored loan solutions while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.
Actively promote and sell loan products to new and existing customers.
Conduct initial loan application interviews and gather required documentation.
Assess applicants' creditworthiness using credit scoring systems and internal criteria.
Explain loan terms, conditions, rates, and repayment plans to customers.
Collaborate with underwriters and loan processors to ensure smooth processing and timely funding.
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Ensure adherence to all lending policies, compliance regulations, and privacy laws.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
12th passed.
Previous experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services is a plus.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of consumer lending products and guidelines.
