We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team GTI Infotel Pvt Ltd to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Industry. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.

Languages Requirements:

• Gujrati

• Kannada

• Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• No performance targets.

Qualification:

Minimum: Graduate in any stream.

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Working Details:

Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: Day Shift (Work From Office)
