Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Female, Fresher)

Schedule: Day Shift

Timing: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Ability to commute: Okhla Phase 2

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telecalling to potential and existing customers to promote our products.

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Skills:

Proficiency in English is a must. Strong email communication skills are essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Prior experience in sales is a plus.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer behaviour.

• Good problem-solving skills.
