Job Overview
Ola Car Wash – The Detailing Gang® is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client interactions, drive sales conversions, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling & Relationship Management
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Convert leads into confirmed bookings for car wash and detailing services
Upsell premium services such as PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing packages
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
3. Booking & Coordination
Handle service bookings and schedule appointments
Coordinate with operations/technician teams for smooth service delivery
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding service status
4. CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software
Track leads, conversions, and customer history
Generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback
5. Customer Experience Enhancement
Collect feedback and implement improvements
Ensure a premium experience aligned with brand standards
Handle post-service follow-ups and reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years experience in customer handling, sales, or CRM roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)
Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Preferred Experience
Experience in automotive/car detailing/car wash industry is an advantage
Familiarity with upselling premium services (PPF, coating, detailing)
