We’re looking for ambitious professionals with proven success in telecom, ISP, or enterprise IT sales to drive growth in our Enterprise & Managed Infrastructure Division.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Managed Wi-Fi, Premium ILL, MPLS, and Managed IT solutions.
• Identify and acquire enterprise clients in sectors like corporate business parks, hotels, campuses, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail.
• Promote redundant and high-availability connectivity bundles – combining dual gateway ILL, MPLS access, and managed IT services and Wi-Fi Zones.
• Design end-to-end enterprise connectivity solutions in coordination with technical, NOC, and pre-sales teams.
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Build long-term client relationships through service excellence, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Represent Praction Networks at industry events, client demos, and trade forums.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales in the Telecom, ISP, or Managed Network industry.
• Proven track record in selling Internet Leased Lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, or Managed IT and Wi-Fi services.
• understanding technical and commercial understanding of: Premium ILL bandwidth & redundancy, MPLS and Layer-3 VPN services, Managed Wi-Fi and enterprise access networks, Network monitoring, SLAs, and managed IT bundles.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and client negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with enterprise-level deal cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering / Telecom / Business Administration (MBA preferred) or equivalent.
• Existing enterprise customer network in corporate, government, or institutional sectors.
• Prior exposure to channel partnerships or system integrator alliances.
Understanding of Smart City, Public Wi-Fi, or Data-Center connectivity is a plus.
