About the Rol

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments

Key Responsibilitie

• Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements
• Recommend suitable courses based on the student's profile and aspirations
• Explain course curriculum, certifications, fees, EMI options, batch schedules, and career
• opportunities
• Handle student queries and objections professionally
• Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for a smooth enrollment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students

Required Skill

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong counseling and convincing abilities
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work under sales targets
• Positive attitude and self-motivation

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in EdTech, education, admissions, inside sales, telesales, or counseling is preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
