Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Timing: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi (Tamil is a plus)
Experience: 1–3 years in luxury retail or jewellery sales (Tanishq / similar brands preferred)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a confident and well-presented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our Bangalore showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, an eye for detail, and strong customer relationship skills, delivering a luxurious and personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting jewellery that suits their preferences and occasions.

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge across gold, diamond, and polki collections.

• Support senior sales staff during client appointments and showroom events.

• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and stock is maintained accurately.

• Handle billing, packaging, and coordinate after-sales services.

• Record daily sales, leads, and customer feedback.

• Participate in exhibitions and brand events as a brand representative.

• Uphold the brand’s reputation for trust, quality, and personalized service.

Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

• Impeccable grooming and presentation.

• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

• Proficient in POS/Billing software and basic Excel or WhatsApp Business tools.
