We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic Admin Executive who has prior experience working in restaurants. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, team handling abilities, and be capable of managing daily administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the restaurant

• Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and coordination

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain vendor coordination and documentation

• Monitor inventory records and basic stock tracking

• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff

• Maintain reports and operational records

• Assist in compliance and basic HR activities

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/F&B administration

• Young, proactive, and energetic personality

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good team handling ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting

• Immediate joiners preferred
