We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team at Aqua Cool Co Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• To well versed with computer knowledge, email drafting communication with customers, and handle Technical Team of Western Line and also customers

• to handle - Install and uninstall appliances as per customer’s request

• To monitor Technical Team and guidance

• Conduct routine maintenance checks.

• Handle customer complaints and service calls promptly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of electrical wiring, gas filling and basic troubleshooting techniques is a must.
