Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (C2H & Permanent Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad(Hydernagar, Jntu)

Experience: 6 Months–2 Years

Work Mode: WFO

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter(Domestic) to join our team at Creeno Solutions Pvt Ltd. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding — for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions across various IT domains.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in the IT recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain detailed job descriptions for open positions.

• Source and engage potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for C2H and Permanent roles.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth interview processes.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Conduct reference checks and assist in offer management.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience: 6months–2 years in IT recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Knowledge of resume databases and job posting tools.

• Good understanding of C2H & Permanent staffing models.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Strong judgment, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

• Must be open to working 6 days a week.
