Achintyaah Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven IT Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical hiring knowledge and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various IT roles.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates for roles such as Developers, Cloud Engineers, QA, DevOps, and more.
Source candidates using multiple channels – Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in agency or corporate hiring).
Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT terminologies.
Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, IT, or related field.
