Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment, and administrative functions while ensuring a positive employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain employee records and documentation.

• Support onboarding and exit formalities.

• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.

• Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll support.

• Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Basic knowledge of HR processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and in a team
