Job Description – Voice Process Executive

Salary:

10k – 20k +5k incentives
NOTE: Immediate Joiners

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

• Explain company services clearly and professionally

• Handle client queries and provide accurate information

• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments

• Maintain call records and update daily reports

• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of calling processes

• Ability to convince and handle clients politely

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-based environment

Mandatory Requirements:

• Formal wear is compulsory

• Must carry updated resume
