The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and supporting overall staffing objectives. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring the right people are hired to help drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly
Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer release and onboarding process
