Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Purpose:

To grow the company’s business by finding new clients (builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, etc.), maintaining strong relationships, and increasing marble sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and meet potential clients like builders, architects, and interior designers.
✅ Present and explain company products, quality, and pricing.
✅ Build and maintain strong business relationships.
✅ Visit ongoing construction sites and generate new sales opportunities.
✅ Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marble options.
✅ Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
✅ Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order delivery.
✅ Collect market feedback and competitor information.
✅ Prepare and share daily / weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development (building material or marble industry preferred).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Should have good market knowledge and contacts in the construction industry.

• Must be ready for fieldwork and client visits.

• Own vehicle preferred.
