Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and final placements. You will play a vital role in identifying talent, building relationships, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients across multiple domains.

• Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications based on client requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate and client databases (ATS or CRM systems).

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

• Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

• Represent the company professionally during job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Experience in bulk hiring, IT/non-IT recruitment, or agency recruiting preferred.

• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
