Role Overview We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands modern content formats, UGC trends, and short-form video storytelling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating both face and faceless content, managing daily posting schedules, and producing engaging content that builds brand awareness and drives user engagement. ---
Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create 4–5 UGC-style videos per week for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Produce both face-based and faceless videos including reels, educational content, and trend-based posts. Write engaging scripts and hooks optimized for short-form content. Social Media Management Manage daily posting across social platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content strategy. Research & Awareness Content Research trending topics, formats, and viral content styles. Create awareness and educational posts related to: student living hostels and PG life city living tips student lifestyle content. Editing & Production Edit high-quality short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. Add captions, hooks, transitions, and viral elements to maximize engagement. ---
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation. Strong video editing skills for short-form content. Experience creating UGC-style content. Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reels algorithms. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to write engaging scripts and hooks. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. ---
Bonus Skills Experience working with startups or marketplace platforms. Knowledge of student lifestyle content or real estate/student housing space. Ability to appear in videos or coordinate with creators. ---
