Responsibilities:The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth communication between management and employees, and supports the implementation of HR policies and practices. 1. Assist in the recruitment process posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. 2. Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities. 3. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. 4. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Etc)
