Business Development Executive (Recruitment)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding our recruitment services across domestic and international markets. Candidates with excellent communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills are encouraged to apply. The position offers an in-hand salary of 30000-35000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing.
  

• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and client referrals.
  

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  

• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
  

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  

• Negotiate commercial terms, finalize service agreements, and close business deals.
  

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  

• Ability to acquire new clients and manage key accounts.
  

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.
  

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources (Preferred).
  

• Experience in overseas/GCC recruitment will be an added advantage. Candidates must be open to working 6days.
