3. Job Summary

We are inviting applications from 100 energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our expanding team as Admission Counselors for our Online & On-Campus UG & PG Degree Courses Admission Project.

The incumbent will manage the complete student admission lifecycle—ranging from lead generation, counseling, and admission closure to post-admission relationship management. Programs covered include BA, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, MCOM, Engineering, Medical, Management, MBBS (India & Abroad), and Study Abroad Pathway Programs (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Dubai). This opportunity operates under a Zero Investment Required business associate model, offering rapid financial growth and career progression.

4. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• A. Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Generate and source new student leads via cold calling, natural references, individual networking, digital sources, and social media platforms.

• Qualify and filter prospective leads based on academic eligibility, career interests, and admission potential.

• B. Student Counseling & Advisory:

• Conduct detailed tele-counseling and virtual video counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.

• Provide expert guidance regarding suitable universities, courses, specializations, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career pathways.

• Articulate the benefits of UGC-approved online degrees, on-campus programs, and study abroad pathways.

• C. Admission & Conversion:

• Drive admissions by converting qualified prospects into confirmed enrollments.

• Coordinate follow-ups, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless admission closure.

• Liaise with the central admissions and university coordination teams for documentation and enrollment processing.

• D. Relationship Management:

• Maintain and nurture professional, long-term relationships with students, parents, and clients.

• Ensure high student satisfaction ratings through ethical, transparent, and objective counseling practices.

• E. Reporting & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions, follow-up schedules, and conversion pipelines within the designated CRM system.

• Consistently meet assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets to optimize prospecting efficiency.

5. Required Qualifications & Eligibility

Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates from all academic streams are welcome.

• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced Candidates are eligible to apply. Prior professional background in education counseling, inside sales, tele-calling, or business development will be an added advantage.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Preference will be given to self-employed, business-minded, and self-driven individuals.

• Technical Setup: Must possess a smartphone, laptop, or desktop with stable internet connectivity and a quiet environment suited for professional calling.

• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in regional languages is an added advantage).
