Key Responsibilities:

○ Greet visitors/guests professionally, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct them to appropriate person, department, or waiting rooms

○ Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments

○ Effectively handle customer feedback and complaints

Follow up reminder Calls/Emails

○ Adherence as per the SOPs

Handling Petty Cash.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Confidence and ability to interact with customers internally and externally.
