Job Overview: The Marketing/Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling

construction chemical products and creating marketing solutions to various projects with existing

and potential clients. This role requires a strong technical background in construction chemicals

combined with sales and marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record

in the construction chemicals industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop

and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market

share in the construction chemicals sector. Identify and pursue new business

opportunities and markets.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new

connections. Understand client needs, provide technical advice, and present tailored

solutions.

 Utilize deep knowledge of construction chemical products, applications, and industry

trends to educate clients and effectively position our solutions.

 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive

landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

 Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process, including

product demonstrations, technical presentations, and troubleshooting.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns,

product literature, and digital marketing strategies specific to the construction chemicals

industry.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Address any post-sale issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Provide

regular updates to management on sales activities and outcomes.

 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and

leverage professional networks to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Civil,

Ceramic) or a related field. Additional qualifications in marketing or business

administration are a plus.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the construction chemical

or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong understanding of construction chemical materials, their applications, and industry

standards. Ability to translate technical information into compelling sales pitches.

 Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client

relationships, and closing deals.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present

and negotiate with clients.

 Proficiency in English language.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and

trends.

 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-

paced environment.

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering,

marketing, and customer service.

 Willingness to travel extensively.
