Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or Electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• HP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HP desktop and laptop architectures and common failure points is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, OS installation (Windows 10/11), and networking basics.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), and customer service skills.

• Certification (A Plus): Certification like ComptTIA A+ or equivalent technical certifications are A+.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6 Months - 2 years of Minimum Experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
