Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager located in the Pune Division. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising salon staff, maintaining inventory, implementing promotions, hiring and training employees, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Salon Manager will also liaise directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Hiring, training, and managing a diverse team

Organizational and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with salon compliance, safety standards, and inventory management

Previous experience in salon management is a plus

Certification or a diploma in Cosmetology or a related field preferred
