Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

• Strong understanding of motion design, animation, and storytelling

• Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus

• Eye for timing, visual rhythm, and aesthetics

• Video editing and sound design understanding (bonus)

• Team player with creativity, discipline, and time management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics for social media, digital ads, reels, explainer videos, and campaigns

• Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to develop visual storytelling concepts

• Manage end-to-end animation workflows — from storyboarding to final export

• Experiment with new trends, tools, and formats to keep content innovative

• Contribute creative ideas that engage and emotionally move the audience

• Ensure all motion graphic projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time
