• Upgrade to new technologies as per business need

• Track the batch progress time to time and report escalations to management.

• Develop and update the course syllabus to ensure it meets industry standards and trends.

• Prepare and administer exams, including creating exam papers and assessing student performance.

• Oversee the course completion certification process, ensuring all requirements are met.
