We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruiter with proven 1 year expertise in managing both IT and non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Sourcing Talent: Use innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify top candidates.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment strategies tailored to their needs.
Candidate Screening: Conduct technical and non-technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary discussions and extend offers to selected candidates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: years 1 in IT and non-IT recruitment. Experience in hiring for roles in technology (developers, data scientists, IT support, etc.) and non-technology domains (HR, sales, marketing, operations, etc.).
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in [Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent].

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
