Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and an organized individual to contribute to us
sales efforts in paint, coating, adhesives and ink segment. As part of the job, you
will be required to join our team based in Shakti Nagar, Delhi, India. Flexible working
schedule is permitted based on productivity and results. There will be an opportunity
to take on significant responsibility and gain rapid advancement based on successful
performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Driving sales and business development of technical synthetic fibers, HPMC,
titanium dioxide extenders and SB latex in coatings, paints, inks and plastics
• Approach new customers, set up meetings and conduct trials
• Identify and onboard SME/ MSME clients in the region and develop network
• Factory visits to get the trials done and understand customer feedback
• Give presentations to potential customers, highlighting use cases of the
products and answering their queries
• Manage negotiations and client discussions around product and its application
• Ensure timely delivery of samples, trials and orders for optimum inventory
management
• Adhere to the defined sales processes by working back with us in house
operations and finance teams
• Build good rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Weekly reporting of work and tracking of KPIs/ KRAs
Requirements
• Graduate (Preferably B. Tech/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Paint
Technology)
• 2.5 - 5 years of work experience in a sales role preferably in the paint, coatings
industry, or in chemical industry in general
• Experience and working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail
• Willingness to meet customers and learn new products and its applications
• Excellent communication and email writing skills. Fluent in Hindi and English
• Can work in high pressure situations and completely hands-on, the knack to
hustle and get the job done
