To grow the company’s business by finding new clients (builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, etc.), maintaining strong relationships, and increasing marble sales.
✅ Identify and meet potential clients like builders, architects, and interior designers.
✅ Present and explain company products, quality, and pricing.
✅ Build and maintain strong business relationships.
✅ Visit ongoing construction sites and generate new sales opportunities.
✅ Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marble options.
✅ Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
✅ Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order delivery.
✅ Collect market feedback and competitor information.
✅ Prepare and share daily / weekly sales reports.
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development (building material or marble industry preferred).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Should have good market knowledge and contacts in the construction industry.
Must be ready for fieldwork and client visits.
Own vehicle preferred.
