We are looking for a Event Manager to join our team Thakur Consultancy to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50000 - ₹70000 and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute events (corporate, exhibitions, activations, conferences, weddings, etc.) from concept to completion.

• Manage event operations including logistics, stage setup, lighting, sound, video, branding, and technical production.

• Prepare event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Coordinate with creative, design, and client servicing teams for smooth execution.

• Conduct site recce, venue selection, and obtain necessary permissions/licenses for events.

• Oversee vendor management (fabricators, AV suppliers, production houses, manpower agencies, etc.).

• Ensure timely production and setup of event elements as per client requirements.•Handle on-site event operations, crisis management, and ensure seamless execution.

• Maintain timelines and quality standards across all event deliverables.

• Prepare post-event reports, expense summaries, and feedback documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
