Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build brand presence in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

• Optimize company presence on social media platforms to drive engagement and leads.

• Plan & execute SEO/SEM strategies for website visibility.

• Create and manage content, creatives, and ad copies for campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Manage email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns for client engagement.

• Coordinate with sales team for lead nurturing & conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics.

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
