We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team Lavender's who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up of items from office, packing, and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience. Candidate also would need to collect cheques from areas of delivery.

Office Location: MHADA Colony, Mulund East, Mumbai

Delivery Locations: Central Line - Ambernath to Kurla, Harbour Line - upto Panvel (one direction per day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and Experience Range is zero to 6 years. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
