Role: Admission Counsellor – New Age IT Skills - Training Institute / Centre
1. Generate and manage leads through calls, whatsapp, walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, in-house marketing.
2. Handle student and parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Email, and in-person interactions
3..Conduct tele-counselling, course presentations, and regular follow-ups
4. Convert enquiries into successful admissions and manage the complete admission process
5. Coordinate with faculty for batch scheduling and student allocation
6. Maintain accurate records using CRM, Excel, and AI tools
7. Collect student feedback, testimonials, and online reviews
8. Stay updated on courses, certifications, and career pathways
9. Use AI tools to improve lead tracking, communication, marketing posts, and productivity
