Job Title: Telesales executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Role overview:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Kalayan Matrimony Telesales to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in connecting individuals looking for marriage partners. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.

- Introduce and explain our matrimonial services to clients.

- Understand client needs and preferences to provide suitable matches.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in our database.

- Follow up with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies for lead generation.

- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada languages and English is a plus.
