Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. Your role is to connect with potential customers, understand their property needs, and generate leads for site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

• Explain real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities clearly and confidently.

• Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Follow upon leads and maintain records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in speaking Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a bonus.
