Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves interacting with global customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality service while maintaining company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and empathy.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate, efficient, and timely resolutions.

• Maintain service quality and meet defined KPIs such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions and ensure all data is updated in CRM systems.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance norms.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally during all interactions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).

• Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in rotational / night shifts.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strong problem-solving ability and patience when dealing with customers.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in International Voice Process / BPO / Call Center preferred.

• Graduate or undergraduate with strong English communication skills.

• Experience working in U.S., U.K., or Australian processes will be an added advantage.
