The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Graduates and 0.6 - 3 years of experience(Relevant to international BPO exp). You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working during the Rotational Nigth Shift shift.
Mandatory candidate should be having all the relevant documents like last 6 months payslips, relieving letter, Experience letter, offer letter and the Highest Qualification Documents ( if experience) for Freshers only Highest Qualification Documents is needed.
