• B. Arch Degree Preferable

Roles and Responsibilities

• We are looking for the candidates having 3+ experience in civil & interiors 2D design with very good experience in Auto CAD/GstarCAD, Sketch up, V-Ray, Photoshop

• Experience required in Civil & Interior Designing Project works (Preferably Residential & Commercial Projects) which includes preparation of working drawings plans, Presentations, Supervision, Site visit and taking care of billing project Estimation.

• Creative, determined, passionate and self-driven candidates required.

• Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards.

• Be able to do quick rendering as per customer specifications and provide information about interior accessories.

• Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.

• Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure smooth functioning of the project at each stage.

• Propose creative/competitive designs to the Management to obtain more business opportunities in the market.

• Handling projects from conceptual, preliminary design, presentation, submission drawings, and detailed working drawings.

• Co-ordination with Consultants, Vendors, MEP, HVAC, and other departments.

• Creating Building Designs and Highly Detailed Drawings, Using Specialist Computer- Aided Design (CAD) Applications.

• Writing and Presenting Reports, Proposals, Applications and Contracts.

• Attending Regular Meetings with Clients, Contractors, and Other Specialists.

• Making Site Visits to Check on Progress of Ongoing Projects.

• Must be an expert user of MS office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.

• Should have mandatory 3 Years of experience in medium to large sized civil & interior Residential/commercial projects and IT offices Projects.
