About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Relationship Executives for our Real Estate division. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and real estate, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Both Junior and Senior level professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
Generate leads through meetings, site visits, and networking
Present and explain real estate projects to prospective clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, CRM)
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Role-Specific Responsibilities
Junior Relationship Executive
Assist senior team members in lead generation and follow-ups
Learn property offerings, pricing, and sales processes
Conduct initial client interactions and site visit coordination
Support documentation and CRM updates
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach with sales orientation
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Can drive Two wheeler(Must) and Four Wheeler(Preferred)
Language Requirements
Candidates must be proficient in:
English
Hindi
Telugu
French(Preferred)
Qualifications
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred)
Experience
Junior Relationship Executive : 0–1 years (Freshers with relevant internships can apply)
Senior Relationship Executive : 3–7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
