We are hiring a dedicated Account Executive for our Honda 2-Wheeler dealership showroom. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting and be capable of handling daily financial tasks related to showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries including:

• Bank transactions

• Cash handling

• Purchase entries

• Expense records

• Maintain accurate books of accounts related to vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.

• Work closely with the billing and sales team to ensure smooth operations.

• Report daily cash flow and account summaries to the manager.

• Manage petty cash and daily cash reconciliation.

• Support with filing, documentation, and audits as required.

• Be flexible to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment.

• Basic knowledge of GST, Tally, and MS Excel is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler dealership is the first preference.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.

• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and basic accounting practices.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
